Fleet & Logistics Manager (Port Moresby)

Purpose of the Role

The Fleet & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading Pacific Palms Property’s Facilities & Services asset, warehouse, logistics, fuel/water and fleet-interface functions. The role provides operational leadership of the Badili warehouse and logistics team, maintains effective control of F&S-managed assets and coordinates asset movements, disposal and operational logistics across the PPP portfolio. The position also represents PPP’s operational fleet requirements through the approved Group Fleet Management arrangements, monitoring vehicle availability and service delivery and ensuring operational requirements are followed through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the F&S fixed-asset register, including asset identification, tagging, location, custody, movement, verification and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate asset lifecycle reviews, replacement recommendations and approved disposal activities.
  • Represent PPP’s fleet requirements through the Group Fleet Management team and monitor vehicle availability, utilisation, servicing, repairs, downtime and compliance.
  • Lead the Badili warehouse and stores function, ensuring effective receiving, storage, issue, dispatch, stock control, security and housekeeping.
  • Plan and coordinate asset movements, deliveries, relocations and other operational logistics requirements.
  • Coordinate fuel and water logistics and maintain appropriate usage, custody and reconciliation controls.
  • Lead and develop fleet, warehouse and logistics personnel through clear priorities, supervision and performance management.
  • Ensure fleet, warehouse, fuel, water and logistics activities comply with HSSE, security and operational-control requirements.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and provide management reporting on assets, fleet, warehouse activity, logistics, fuel/water operations, disposal activity and key risks.
  • Support budget monitoring and cost control and identify opportunities to improve fleet, asset, warehouse and logistics systems and procedures.

Requirements

To perform this role successfully, candidates should demonstrate strong operational leadership, sound judgement and an ability to maintain effective controls across multiple fleet, asset, warehouse and logistics activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Business Management, Facilities Management or a related field, or equivalent substantial relevant practical experience.
  • Minimum three years’ relevant experience in fleet, logistics, warehouse, transport or facilities operations.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating people, vehicles, assets, warehouse/logistics activities and operational records.
  • Valid Papua New Guinea driver’s licence; Class 3 licence is desirable.
  • Experience in a multi-site property, facilities or service environment is desirable.
  • Relevant fleet, warehouse, logistics, safety or supervisory certification will be advantageous.

Architect (Port Moresby)

Purpose of the Role

The Architect leads architectural design and documentation for small to medium new developments, refurbishments, and fit-out projects, playing a foundational role in establishing and growing the company’s newly formed in-house architecture function. As the function is still in its early stages, the position carries particular responsibility for building team capability and design processes from the ground up, alongside delivering outputs that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards while balancing cost efficiency, sustainability, and stakeholder requirements. The role provides technical leadership, design coordination, and mentorship to a small design team, and is expected to play a key part in shaping its structure, systems, and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for assigned projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop architectural drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure designs meet client, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Manage drawing production and oversee junior team members’ work.
  • Produce renderings and 3D printed models to support design presentations (Capability to be developed on the job through online training resources such as Bambu Lab training videos).
  • Produce block sketches for potential developments, taking into consideration AUS and local architectural standards.

Purpose of the Role

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation of quality control processes and compliance requirements across all development projects. The role ensures construction and development activities adhere to approved standards, specifications, safety requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections on-site to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor contractor and supplier performance against agreed quality benchmarks.
  • Identify non-conformances and support the development of corrective action plans.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with PNG building codes, safety standards, and STC policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality assurance records, inspection reports, and checklists.
  • Assist in preparing quality performance summaries for project meetings.

Project Manager (Port Moresby)

Purpose of the Role

The Project Manager will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
  • Develop, maintain and track project programs including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) down and resourcing down to Level of Effort. Track the same for main contractors and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including but not limited to project stakeholders such as Architects, Engineers, Construction Firms, Landowners, Clients, Government Agencies etc.
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and specialists, and make regular sites to check on progress
  • Prepare and report on budgets and evaluation of contractors claims and project variations.

The Regional Facilities & Services Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of facilities, maintenance, and support services across all sites within the region. The role will lead a team of 3 facility managers and service providers to ensure the smooth running of all facilities and services to meet the company’s standards and objectives. Through provision of leadership in facilities operations, sustainability initiatives, and vendor management, ensuring service delivery excellence and optimal workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all regional buildings and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs.

Purpose of the Role

The Compliance & Governance Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and monitoring governance, compliance and control frameworks across the property portfolio.

The role ensures all properties, leases, contractors, tenants, projects, and operational activities comply with legislative requirements, internal policies, contractual obligations and corporate governance standards.

The position acts as the central point of accountability for lease compliance, statutory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, policy governance, contractor compliance, and operational controls to protect the Company’s assets, revenue and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with all lease obligations across the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular lease compliance audits.
  • Identify lease breaches and coordinate corrective action.
  • Work closely with Leasing and Property Management teams to resolve non-compliance matters.
